The Dover Church – Kraft Hall Renovations

The Dover Church facility includes a 1950’s building addition with a 2,000 square foot multi-purpose room. Kraft Hall serves a diverse range of functions that include after-worship coffee, youth group activities, community drama and formal gatherings. Prior to renovation (photo at upper right), Kraft Hall was characterized by an overly utilitarian and somewhat drab appearance. The challenge in this project was to create a pleasant and durable environment that could be equally appropriate for rowdy volleyball games, congregational movie nights, theatrical presentations, musical recitals, a variety of charity events and wedding receptions.
